Manufacturing
SandenVendo Europe SpA
SandenVendo’s Italian engineering and manufacturing plant was established in 1965 with the vision of creating a sustainable manufacturing system covering the entire supply chain, waste recycling, and strict quality control throughout product development and production.
In 2020, the company launched the Carbon Neutral Project, aimed at protecting local biodiversity and offsetting CO2 emissions generated by manufacturing activities. This commitment has evolved into a structured climate strategy aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). As part of our Carbon Neutrality Project, we have set a goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, with the longer-term ambition of reaching net zero by 2050.
The company is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, ensuring excellence across operations, environmental responsibility, employee safety, and energy efficiency, while the ISO 14064-1 certification further validates the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions. Since 2024, the company has also successfully compensated CO2 emissions related to Scope 1 and 2.
Our sustainability performance has also been consistently recognized by EcoVadis, achieving Gold (2019), Silver (2020), Silver (2021), Gold (2022), Silver (2023), Bronze (2024), and Silver (2025). These certifications and ratings reflect SandenVendo’s dedication to measurable improvement, responsible growth, and internationally validated ESG performance.
