Sanden International (Europe) Ltd announces its decision to part the Vending division from Automotive and consolidate the European Vending division under SandenVendo GmbH as of 27^th March 2019.

2000 - Mr. Ushikubo received a the title of the honorary Citizen by Gunma Prefecture.

1999 - Acquired ISO14001 certification at every business base in Japan
